Next, watch this 13-minute video about how the drawing canvas (and the JavaScript code that controls it) relates to the rest of the webpage in HTML. It is just the first video in a long playlist of additional material on the topic, but just the first video is enough to raise the important issues. Some students are very familiar with HTML already while others haven't yet used it for any serious projects. You won't need to be an HTML expert for this class, but you need to know where you can go for help if you get stuck.
