Children born and raised in a family have a unique relationship with their parents. Each family member serves an important role, and the void is visible whenever one of them is away.

Parents divide roles among themselves based on relationship agreements, and children learn to live within their parents' social class. Each family member wishes that the current life trend would continue indefinitely, but this is not always the case. There may come a period when neither parent's behavior changes totally. For instance, a father may grow depressed and abandon his responsibilities. In this situation, the mother takes on caring for the entire family. If the father's unsatisfactory behavior persists, the mother will feel frustrated and seek a divorce. The mother chooses to live a risky lifestyle in certain circumstances, forcing the man to decide to divorce her. Although the latter is an uncommon occurrence, regardless of the reason for the divorce, the children are the most severely affected victims. Children, particularly those young, do not comprehend why they cannot live with both families. In this situation, we have an interviewee who was a sixteen-year-old victim of divorced parents. The adolescent was in denial because she couldn't believe or comprehend how she could suddenly cease seeing her father. This paper will analyze the subject of divorce from a child's perspective based on the interviewee's responses.

In the eyes of a child, divorce is the first thing that comes to mind

There is a lot of misunderstanding when life begins to take the opposite side of the coin. The interviewee started to exhibit a variety of inexplicable symptoms. One side of the family loathed the other, and the parents began trash-talking each other. The moms' family members spoke harshly of their father and the father's relatives, who detested her mother. The adolescent was puzzled; she had no idea what was going on and couldn't know who to trust. The child sees his father asleep with a cigarette in his mouth at one point. This is a strong indication that her father was depressed. The innocent toddler receives hits the following day when the incident is reported to the mother.

Her father is so enraged that he stomps on her with his shoe. This is a revolting scene, and the interviewee claims that the confusion hurt her academics. During this time, her grades plummeted, and her emotions shifted dramatically. She could quickly become enraged and instigate fights with her siblings for no apparent reason. From this perspective, it is clear that divorce is a situation that causes a great deal of bewilderment, disbelief, and denial of reality.

Conclusion

It is clear from the discussions that their parent's divorce has a significant impact on their children. However, before passing judgment, people must thoroughly examine the underlying issue that compelled them to seek divorce. Rather than resolving a divorce, clinging to an unfaithful marriage will lead to a slew of life issues.

Parents should, however, make every effort to maintain their marriages intact if at all possible. They should endeavor to adopt the practical approach, which urges spouses to learn as much as they can about the actions that benefit the family the most. Each family member should act in ways that help the whole family.

Divorce should be the absolute last option for couples, as it has negative consequences for both the children and the parent who will be separated from their children. People who make marriage commitments should keep to them, as the interviewee indicated, because bridging the agreements affects the children and the rest of the community.
