Note on the format of reading assignments:
- You get one chance to submit your answers to this multiple-choice quiz. Consider talking to a friend about what you are going to pick before submitting. Better yet, read/watch in a group.
- The order of answers might be randomized, so talk to your friends about the content, not answers A or B.
- Many reading responses will require interpretation beyond what's in the assigned video/text, so don't expect to find a specific sentence that states the best answer.
- If you aren't sure about a question (or didn't actually read the assigned material), it's okay to guess -- particularly if you can eliminate one or two of the possible answers. It's silly to leave a reading assignment uncompleted when you can get some fraction of the points by guessing.
- If you can't find the time to finish the reading by the original due date, you can submit your response later with no late penalty (see syllabus for late work policy). Watch out that you don't let late work pile up, however.
