You are designing a relay lens system consisting of two lenses placed in a "4f" configuration for a wide-field fluorescence microscope.

The objective you are using is a 150x oil immersion objective with NA=1.5

You are imaging a sample labeled with the fluorophore mCherry

You are using an EM CCD camera that has 8um x 8um pixels.

Calculate a suitable relay lens system using off-the-shelf achromatic doublets with focal lengths ranging from 100-250 mm in 25 mm increments (if you are interested, see the Newport webpage for available visible achromatic doublets!) using the Nyquist sampling criterion to make sure you will get the proper sampling.

What field of view do you get if the camera sensor has 1024x1024 pixels?
