In this assignment, you will explore problems related to protein folding.

• 1 Foldit
• 2 Coil Globule transition
• 3 Helix Coil transition
• 4 2d HP model
• 5 Folding time for the HP model
• 6 Using Parallel Tempering to fold a protein

Do problem 1, either 2 or 3, and either 4,5, or 6. (Problem 6 is not recommended unless you really are interested in pursuing state of the art methods for folding proteins.)
