- Friday September 28 First Day of Class; please bring your texts!
- Monday October 2
- Put a profile photo (preferably of you, but if not, you can put a photo of a cute animal or the like) on your Canvas account! This way I know who has managed to log in.

- Learn the Unit 1 Vocabulary and read all the Vocabulary Notes.
- Memorize the declension of ἡ τέχνη, ἡ χώρᾱ, ὁ λόγος, τὸ ἔργον.
- Do Chapter 1 Drill I a and b and add articles!

- Rework your English-Greek translations in Unit 1 Exercise II.
- Read Unit 2 (stop when you get to "Questions"). We will finish working through Unit 2 in class.
- Do Unit 2 Drill II a and b.
- Make sure that you have all Unit 1 Vocabulary memorized.
- Review the forms of ἡ τέχνη, ἡ χώρᾱ, ὁ λόγος, τὸ ἔργον.
- Wednesday October 11
- Learn all Unit 2 Vocabulary; memorize nominative, genitive and gender for nouns and all principal parts for verbs. Read the Vocabulary Notes!
- Do Unit 2 Exercise I PRIMES ONLY.
- Friday October 13
- Do Unit 2 Exercise I EVENS ONLY.
- Do Unit 2 Exercise II 1-3.
- Make sure you know all vocabulary for Units 1 and 2.
- Review noun forms from Unit 1, and make sure you have memorized all the verb forms from Unit 2.
- Monday October 16
- Quiz on the present, imperfect, future, and aorist indicative active, and present and aorist infinitives active of παιδεύω. - Learn the new forms of the perfect and pluperfect indicative, perfect infinitive, and the subjunctive and optative.
- Do Unit 3 Drill II and Exercises I MULTIPLES OF THREE ONLY.
- Know your Unit 3 vocabulary.
- Friday October 20
- Read the beginning of Unit 4 (don't go on to section 41 on Conditional Sentences).
- Learn the new forms of first declension nouns.
- Make sure you know all vocabulary for Units 1-4.
- Do Unit 4 Drills I and II.
- Monday October 23
- Read all of Unit 4 and do Unit 4 Drill IV.
- Take the Unit 3 Verb Forms Quiz.
- Make sure you know all the verb forms! It will really help in class.
- Wednesday October 25
- Take the Unit 4 Noun-Adjective Agreement Quiz.
- Do Unit 4 Exercise I 7, 13, 14, 16, 17, 20, 22, and 28 and Exercise II (English to Greek) 3 and 5.
- Friday October 27
- Take the Unit 3 Verb Form Quiz (Fancy Edition).
- Do Unit 4 Exercises I, multiples of 3 only.
- Learn the Unit 5 Vocab...read the vocab notes!

- Read the rest of Unit 5 and learn vocab (Read the vocab notes!).
- Do Unit 5 Drill IV 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 12; Exercise I 2, 4, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, and 23; Exercise II 1 and 2.
- Monday November 6

- Our first "worked exercise" video, including exercises I.1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 11-17, 23 and 24, and an explanation of second aorists, independent uses of the optative, and the demonstrative ἐκεῖνος:
- Read Unit 7 entire, but don't worry too much about conditional relative clauses (we will discuss these in class on Monday).
