Paper: Education - Does technology positively impact education?

• Negroponte argues that laptops for kids is an "education project". However OLPC has been heavily criticized as not the best use of money to impact education. Choose a technology for education project, either from the readings, or elsewhere -- for which you can find evidence that it did or did not impact education! By evidence I mean, someone conducted some sort of evaluation or experiment to determine if it had any effect. Describe the technology, the project, and the evaluation. Provide citations to your sources.
