Paper: Computers For All? Is it really useful to give computers to really poor people?

• Can computing (include mobile devices) dramatically reduce poverty? Yes or no?
• Take a side. 
• Evidence to support your reasoning is required. But you aren't required this week to have a formal scientific study (although that would be great).
• for example, If you are arguing for computing, You could point to a variety of organizations and the impact they are or are not having. 
• for example, If you are arguing against, you could point out more pressing things the money could be spent on, or studies showing it doesnt work.
