Paper: Poverty, Money, Finance, Employment - How do these four tie together?

• Design a social enterprise. -- Pick a social problem big or small. Think up a solution that uses technology and explain the technology. Ok, that was the easy part for CS majors. Now.. figure out how the money is going to work! For this exercise we won't allow the easy out of 'someone will give me donations'. Instead build a revenue model into the plan. Someone is paying you for something. Maybe the recipient of your social good, maybe someone else who also benefits. Also decide if you want to be for-profit or not-for-profit and indicate which model you want and why. Try to use the 1 page to make the case that it really is a social problem (give a few numbers), that the technology will work (give a few numbers) and that the money will work (give a few numbers which you likely made up).
